The user photographs a meal and an AI assistant estimates the foods, portions and calories, then tracks daily nutrition, hydration, activity and weight. NO ACCOUNT, NO LOGIN There is no sign-up or login. The app works immediately on first launch. Data is stored locally on device and, if the user turns on iCloud, in their own private CloudKit database. "BRING YOUR OWN AI KEY" — NO IN-APP PURCHASE, NO SUBSCRIPTION The app contains NO in-app purchases and NO subscriptions. AI analysis uses a third-party AI provider chosen by the user (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, xAI Grok or Mistral). The user creates an API key on that provider's website and enters it in Profile. Any usage is billed by that provider directly to the user's own account (about €3/month on average). We process no payment for this. REVIEWING WITHOUT A KEY (RECOMMENDED) No API key is required to review the app. When no key is entered, the app runs in a built-in DEMO mode that returns sample meal analyses. You can exercise the full interface — photo capture, multi-plate meals, the dashboard, history, statistics, CSV export and iCloud — entirely in demo mode. An on-screen banner indicates when demo mode is active. OPTIONAL: TESTING REAL AI To test real analysis, enter a valid API key from any supported provider in Profile > AI provider. This is optional and consumes that provider's credits.
