In this update, we are introducing new appliance integrations, enhanced features, and overall usability improvements: • Appliance Support & Upgrades: • LCD Wall Ovens: Added a new voice waiver configuration and streamlined the Over-The-Air (OTA) update process for a smoother experience. • Laundry: You can now configure your Smart Dispense settings to set the new Bodewell Wild Bloom detergent as your selection. • Opal Mini: Enjoy a seamless setup experience with our new Guided Setup and customize your notifications with adjustable Tone Settings. • Drip Coffee: Save and quickly access your favorite brew configurations to enjoy your perfect cup of coffee every time. • Haier Monoblock Water Heater: Expanded compatibility and software update capabilities for 200L, 250L, and 330L models. • Haier Smart Power HESP Ducted: Fully integrated support for 18kW, 20kW, and 24kW ducted heating and cooling units. • New Features & Regional Updates: • SmartHQ Assistant: We’ve introduced our new In-App Assistant to help you seamlessly manage your appliances and find support more effectively. This feature is now available for our users in Australia and New Zealand. • In-App Shopping: Explore our product catalog directly within the app, now expanded to our Australia and New Zealand markets. • Usability Enhancements: • Streamlined Setup: You will now be prompted to assign a custom nickname to your appliance during the initial commissioning process (available to select appliance brands) to keep your smart home organized. • Product Information: Instantly copy and paste your model and serial numbers directly from the Product Info page for quicker registration and support. • Expanded Digital Resources: Access digital Use and Care manuals (available for select models) directly within settings, including comprehensive product guides for all FCS200 Washer models. As always, this release includes performance improvements and bug fixes to make your app experience more reliable.

• An Upgraded Recipe Experience: Get inspired in the kitchen! Brand recipes now feature helpful videos, and our Sourdough Starter guide includes new video links. Easily add items to your shopping list by using the new barcode scanner. Plus, we are excited to announce that Recipes and Shopping Lists are now available for our users in Canada. • Enhanced Subscription Management: Keeping track of your laundry needs is now easier. You can browse a new detergent list, see your next subscription date for Bodewell detergent, and update your payment method directly from the "My Orders & Subscriptions" section. We've also improved address verification for smoother deliveries. • New Appliances and Devices Support: We're expanding our ecosystem to include support for Upright Freezers, FCS200 Y Model Washer, H500 Floor Console ACs, and H300 High Wall ACs. We are also now supporting the SmartHQ Leak Detect sensors and POE Whole Home Water Filter integration. • Easier Access to Help & Information: Finding information is simpler than ever. We've added a new "Add-Ons & Integrations" section and included Use and Care manuals under Settings for certain models. We've also launched a new "Schedule Service" page, now available for users in the US and Canada.
