Fixes the Corvus RSS tab being reloaded by Safari for using too much memory. Loading a list of articles could decode many full-size images at once, which spent the whole memory budget in seconds. If Safari does reload the tab, it now restores itself when you come back to it, instead of staying blank until you close and reopen it. Thanks for using Corvus RSS.

  • v2.7.43d ago

Safari no longer asks permission when you save a backup. Its dialog showed a long string of letters and numbers instead of the app name. Backups are now written straight to a Corvus RSS folder in your Downloads. You can change the file name before saving. Cancelling a save no longer adds the backup to the list. Automatic backups now really save a file. They had never been written at all. Your feeds could also be replaced by an empty list if the extension saved a setting before its data finished loading, and that is fixed too. Fixed wrong wording in several languages. Thanks for using Corvus RSS.

  • v2.7.29d ago

Fixes and improvements. Right-click a selection in an article to copy it. The Feed Health panel now appears in your language instead of English. Feed icons in the sidebar are the right shape again, and the reader uses less memory while you browse. Thanks for using Corvus RSS.

  • v2.7.110d ago

Fixes and refinements. The toolbar popup is back to its full width, and no longer gets cut off on the right or clipped at the bottom. The reader tab now frees the images it has loaded once you switch away from it, so Safari stops reloading the tab to save memory. Thanks for using Corvus RSS.

New in 2.7.0 Reading Stats: see how much you read each week, your day streak, and your top feeds (Settings, Tools). Backup and Restore: save everything (feeds, folders, read and starred states, saved searches, and rules) to a single file, and bring it all back anytime. Home Screen Widget (iOS): your unread count and latest headlines, right on the Home Screen. Per Feed Rules: turn notifications on or off for each feed, and mute articles by keyword. Reader Typography: pick the article font, line spacing, and line width. Folders: disable a folder to pause its feeds, and give each folder its own icon from 38 choices (or no icon at all). Also: much faster long lists, Mark Read from Here Down, and multi select in every list view. Thanks for using Corvus RSS.
