Small under-the-hood improvements to keep Splittr running smoothly.

New in 2.17.3: • We fixed a bug that could occur in a rare combination: when a group's base currency was changed while some devices had not yet synced their data. Balances and equalization payments now show correctly in this case as well. New in 2.17.2: • Fixed a crash that could occur when swiping on entries with VoiceOver • In rare cases a group image could be missing, now fixed • Refinements to custom splits: in very rare cases an amount could display differently, now reliably correct New in 2.17.1: • Small improvements and text fixes.
