fixes some known issues optimized the app's asset size

in previous version, rotate the iPhone may crash the XP game, now we fixed the bug ( Note: some XP game is very old, you may still need to rotate your iPhone to landscape firstly, then, start the game, this will make sure Ruby VM get the correct rendering size, some game may cache the size in disk file, you may need to start from landscape twice to reset the cache, anyway, for some very old game, start from landscape again and again should solve the issue, if not, feel free to contact with us via tutorial page's email address). fixes some bugs in non-UTF8 game.zip, indeed, we tested the game, found the assets is there, while engine could not find it as file name encoding error, now we fixed the error. (Note: you need to import your game.zip into RPGEmu again to fix the error, if the game is ok, just keep it as it is, if the game is broken, try to import the game.zip into RPGEmu again, you maybe surprised the bugs disappeared, as we enhanced the file name encoding logic, such as .utf8, .ascii, .shiftJIS, .EUC_KR, .big5, .GB_18030_2000 all are ok now). update the tutorial page for virtual keyboard's layout and virtual keyboard' key map. add a close button for view source code sheet UI, to align with the newest design guidance. add a "Tap to Start" for MV/MZ(some users still tell us the audio is muted, and some game does need the user to tap the game screen firstly too, so we think adding the UI layer to start the game will be a good experience, please kindly note, some visual novels may need you tap the game screen always, or else it may throw permission error, though the case is very rare to happen, if you see audio permission error for MV/MZ, please tap the screen, hide the virtual keyboard, some old game strictly check your finger tap). (Note: If you are the first time using the app, you had better to read our tutorial page at least once, it will help you enjoy your RPG Maker games more smoothly).
