Until now, opening either page tried to draw every card at once — over 1,400 players and 1,000 alliances — which made the page slow to appear and choppy to scroll, especially on phones and older laptops. Now the page shows the first cards instantly and seamlessly loads more as you scroll, so browsing feels fast and effortless. Nothing else changes: same cards, same filters, same search, same layout. Faster first load — the directory pops up right away instead of freezing while it builds thousands of cards. Smoother scrolling — no more stutter on long lists; more cards stream in automatically as you reach the bottom. Easier on your device — keeps memory and battery use way down, especially on mobile and lower-end hardware. Everything works as before — filtering, sorting, search, the "showing X of Y" counter, the empty state, and the alliance Spotlight/Farm cards are all unchanged. Applies across the board — both the website and the iOS app get the speed boost, zero visual difference.
