New pairings take care of this, but existing pairings will need a one time connection to be remembered. • Seamlessly switch between using different DS1s while app is in the background. A benefit for those with multiple cars with the different DS1 detectors. • Automatic detector switching works regardless if the app is in the foreground or background, no need to bring the app to the foreground when switching devices. Just power off the connected device and the app will connect to another powered on detector. • "Pair it, forget it and drive!
