NEW (PMA): Grain casual pay. Shifts at LDC Pier 86 (ILWU Local 19) now price at the flat contract rate instead of the experience-hour ladder. Pick Grain Casual from the job list. Overtime still applies on top, so a weekend all-OT day pays time and a half on the flat rate. IMPROVED (PMA): Mechanic days now pay off the job you actually worked, not just your profile role. Pick a mechanic classification and the shift prices at the journeyman, leadman or trainee rate even if your profile is not set to Trades, so a mixed-schedule longshoreman gets mechanic pay on a mechanic day. FIXED (PMA): Mechanic rates were not applying for workers whose role is set to Trades, which quietly dropped those shifts to basic pay. Both Mechanic and Trades now get the correct rate. FIXED (PMA): Oregon Area travel time now uses the settled schedule instead of the mileage formula, in the Travel Calculator, the Pay Calculator and on the Add Shift form. NEW: Text Size. Settings > Appearance > Text size makes the whole app bigger and easier to read. Free for everyone. FIXED: The layout no longer gets squished when your phone's system font size is set to large. FIXED: Copying a shift onto another day now re-prices the base rate for that day. Version 2.3.3 CALENDAR • Copy a shift and paste it across as many days as you want, with a sticky copy mode so you can keep pasting. ADD SHIFT • The Ship Name field now suggests vessels as you type, from your history and the global vessel database. Picking one links the shift straight to that vessel's profile. PAY CALCULATOR • See exactly how your rate is built, with an experience-hours selector, specialty pay options and a Double Flex toggle. • Pay now prices correctly off your accumulated experience hours. WELFARE • Graveyard third shift now credits toward welfare eligibility. MY JOURNEY • A new career timeline showing every stage of your career in one place, from Casual through your PMA registration, including role changes. Share a branded career card. VESSEL INTEL • Share a branded lashing-data card for any vessel. • When a ship name is close but not exact, you now get a "did you mean..." confirm before it links. • Fixed several crashes and stopped the wrong ship from ever being shown silently. REPORTS & DATA • Re-importing from My Timebook can now update existing shifts in place (opt-in) to fix any shifts that came in with the wrong pay. POLISH & FIXES • Cleaner app icon and splash. • The app now stays fully styled even when you open it offline. • Help & Support can copy our email address when no mail app is set up. • Stopped the side menu from dragging sideways.
