Based on your heart rate variability, we show which one's leading right now, so it's easier to tell whether you've got energy to spare or your body's asking for rest. — New Insights about recovery and energy help you spot what brings you back to life and what wears you down and following your self-discovery experiment is easier now with live activity. — Finally, you can now describe what happened in a tense or calm moment in your own language, not just English.
