This update improves measurement accuracy across every rhythm strip and corrects several teaching explanations. - ECG intervals (QT, PR, QRS) are now measured from where each strip actually places them, and readings a strip cannot reliably support are labeled as such rather than graded as correct or incorrect. - Fixed a timing issue with the atrial flutter rate control and with the PR interval marker on paced rhythms. - Corrected 12-lead report values for rhythms with no organized heart rate or repolarization. - Revised several teaching explanations for accuracy, reviewed by a nurse educator. VitalSim Rhythm remains education software and is not a medical device.
