Open Settings and tap "What can I ask?" in the Siri section. Tap any phrase to see other ways to say it, or press and hold to copy it. YOUR PLACES IN SPOTLIGHT Swipe down on your Home Screen and type a city you've viewed — tap "UV Index in Oslo" to open its forecast instantly. Your logged Sun Sessions are searchable too. NEW EXTRA-LARGE WIDGET Our biggest widget yet: a full-page UV dashboard with the UV wheel, sun times, hourly forecast, and safety advice at a glance. iPhone with iOS 27. NEW CONTROL CENTER WIDGET The live UV index as a big, color-coded number right in Control Center. TRACK FROM ANY TAB Start and stop sun exposure tracking from the new bar above the tab bar, with a live burn countdown and progress always within reach. iPhone with iOS 26. SHORTCUTS Build automations with UV level, peak time, time-to-burn, weekly sun exposure, and sun tracking. UPGRADED APPLE WATCH APP The watch app now uses Apple's modern single-app watchOS format. Because the complication moved into that app, watchOS may drop it from your watch face — add it back once and it works as before. Thanks for using UV Index! If you enjoy the app, a rating or review helps more than you'd think.
