The Disposition screen has been enhanced to improve the visibility of the selected disposition, support selecting multiple dispositions at once, and automatically select the disposition when only one option is configured in the MMP. When upgraded to the 2026.3 server version of Crew Mobile, the Create Call Widget now allows the user to select their status when creating a call. When upgraded to the 2026.3 server version of Crew Mobile, administrators can now remotely log a user out of a device from the MMP. When upgraded to the 2026.3 server version of Crew Mobile, the FPM Preplan Search now supports searching by Occupant in addition to Structure. The Route Map Widget now has a button to show or hide the map tips. Geofence map tip was enhanced to have an open details button so a long description can be viewed.

Fire Field Mobile has been renamed to Crew Mobile When more than 250 roadblocks exist, they are automatically filtered by proximity to improve route-solving performance A Scan Plate button was added to the Vehicle Search screen, allowing you to take a photo of a plate to populate the Plate Number and Plate State fields. A new Call Log tab has been added to the Call Details screen, displaying information from the Enterprise CAD call log. Benchmark times entered in Crew Mobile or Enterprise CAD now automatically synchronize with the call The Secondary Location screen has been enhanced to display a green checkmark for geo-verified locations. Routing will also attempt to route to non-geo-verified locations when a matching address is found through Esri Online. When upgraded to the 2025.2 version of Enterprise Mobile, if a user is inactivated in Enterprise Security, the user is automatically logged out of the app. The Streetside Widget was enhanced to save the map style option to the user’s roaming profile.
