New • Set your own reminder spacing. Choose any interval from 1 to 48 hours, instead of only every 4, 6 or 8. • "For X days" courses now let you set the number of days and how many doses a day, and they stop on their own when the course finishes. Better reminders • Reminders are refreshed every time you open the app and at the start of each day, so longer courses keep reminding you all the way through. • Interval schedules now remind you about your first dose, not only the ones after it. • Reminders respect a medication's start and end dates, so a course that has finished stops reminding you. • Every-other-day schedules now remind you on the same days the app shows. • Snoozed reminders survive changes to your schedule, and are cleared when you delete a medication. • If iOS runs out of room for reminders, Settings now tells you which medications are affected instead of leaving you to find out the hard way. Doses and history • Marking a dose late now records it against the dose you actually missed. Taken and Skip stay available for 12 hours, not just a few minutes. • Marking the same dose twice no longer creates duplicate entries. • Adherence now counts doses you never recorded as missed, so your rate reflects your whole schedule rather than only the doses you logged. • Streaks are counted in days. Sync • Edits to a person or medication now sync to your other devices, not just newly added ones. • Deleting something while offline stays deleted. It won't reappear after the next sync. • Your people and medications keep a consistent order. Also fixed • Exporting from the History tab now opens the share sheet properly. • Exported CSV files handle names that contain commas. • Cancelling a purchase no longer closes the upgrade screen as though it went through, and Restore Purchases now confirms the result.

Fixed a crash that occurred when adding a new medication or editing an existing one. Data was not affected by this issue. We recommend updating to this version as soon as possible. You can now mark individual medications as Time Sensitive. When enabled, reminders for that medication will break through Focus modes like Do Not Disturb and Sleep, so you never miss a critical dose. This setting can be found when adding or editing any medication.
