What’s new in v1.2.4 The Spotlight — a new game challenge. Reach the top of the game and your club now enters "the spotlight." Big, one-off news stories that play out over several weeks. Bug fixes & Improvements: • Reputation engine fixes for late game players. • Your Reputation Finances score now reflects real business health, including both cash runway and profit. • A new "Recent changes" list in reputation shows exactly what moved your reputation, and why. • The app now stays in portrait — no more sideways letterboxing on iPhone. • Bottom sheets that wouldn't scroll now scroll properly. • Fixed a rare freeze after busy multi-match days. • Indoor courts with multiple courts now count correctly. • Various layout and readability fixes across cards, sheets, and forms. • Player names now match their nationalities, drawn from thousands of authentic names across 29 cultures (applies only to new games) Assistant Manager Updates: • Training Delegation: let your Assistant Manager run training. Tired players are automatically rested, and weekly plans adapt to each player's style and goals. • Assistant Manager for juniors: flip on "Include program juniors" and your AM will enter them in tournaments, prep them for matches, and fold their results into the squad digest. Star a junior to keep managing them yourself.

What’s new in v1.2.3 Bug Fixes: • Fixed edge cases where the game could silently stop moving forward when you pressed Continue. • The Match Center button on the dashboard now always opens your live match. Before, it sometimes did nothing while a match was in progress. • Fixed a freeze caused by double-tapping a text field, most noticeable when setting up a new club. • If your device can't save your game (for example, storage is full), you now get a clear one-time warning instead of silently losing progress. • Fixed a rare case where ranking points could be counted twice. Reputation Tuning: • The reputation growth formula was rebalanced to ensure more consistent reputation growth and drops based on user actions. Your club's reputation may settle at a slightly different level after updating - that's expected, not a bug. • The reputation breakdown now explains itself. It tells you whether your club is climbing, holding steady, or running ahead of its current form; and shows your two best next moves to raise it. Thanks for playing! What’s new in v1.2.2 Bug fixes: • Fixed an issue where some sponsorship offers were showing "Accepted" but the deal never reached Finances or the weekly report. • Weekly financial history now spans multiple years correctly. • Weekly History tab is year-aware — sorted by year then week, rows labelled "Week N · YYYY", and week-over-week comparison crosses the year boundary correctly. • One-off decision cash now appears on the weekly report (one-off costs/income previously moved the balance directly but bypassed the report's ledgers). • Same-type courts built on the same in-game day no longer share an id (which left the second court unselectable). Reputation Recovery & Transparency: • Negative milestone alerts at 75 and 50 when your reputation is dipping • Release Player warning + departure email now show the real reputation/morale impact before you commit. Junior Program Graduation Overhaul: • Fixed an issue where a junior outgrowing their age range could regenerate the same decision endlessly. • Fixed issue when moving a junior between tiers could do nothing • New Advance & Release actions in the junior UI • Expired graduation decisions default to keep/promote • Look out for more updates to the junior academy pipeline coming soon! Performance and UI: • Promoting a junior to club runs significantly faster • Dark / Light mode setting now defaults to following your System setting unless you’ve already selected a specific mode. 3 options available (System, Dark, Light) • Improvement to saves for large clubs. What's New in 1.2.1 Assistant Manager (Beta) Your club has grown – congratulations! Now you can hire an Assistant Manager (requires Regional Academy level) to handle some of the day-to-day. Star the players you want to manage personally, and let your AM take care of the rest: entering tournaments, handling pre-match coaching through your coaching staff, and rolling routine results into a tidy weekly digest. You stay in control of the big calls; while your Assistant Manager handles the routine. This role also come with an expanded set of talk to options for richer conversation with this key member of your team. This is a beta feature, and we'd love your feedback. How does delegating to your Assistant Manager feel? And what else would you like to hand over to them? Let us know, your input will shape where this goes next. Dark Mode A proper, true-black dark theme has arrived. Switch any time from the bottom of the Manager Profile Screen → Appearance. Every screen, card, and match report is built for both light and dark. Dark Mode feature currently requires switching on, it is not triggered by your iPhone settings (yet). Staff Contract Renewal Thanks to those who called out the gap in contract renewals. You can now renew staff contracts before they expire, with terms that reflect how happy each staff member is. Bug Fixes We squashed a pesky bug where an injury and withdrawal could permanently freeze a tournament bracket and stall the tour. It's now fully resolved, brackets advance cleanly and play continues as it should. Eliminated a bug that for some players meant the background world players weren’t advancing their ranking points as expected. For new games, the updated model takes effect immediately. For currently saved games, the updated mechanics will initialize at the turn of your in-game year. Expect defending champions, players "fresh off a title", and a tour that genuinely evolves around you more naturally. Support for smaller iPhone screens where some option menu items were inaccessible. Other minor bugs squashed and app speed improvements also included. Thanks for playing Tennis Tycoon.
