This update sharpens the interface: the iPad layout now uses a centered, comfortable reading width instead of stretching edge to edge, plus small display fixes. iPhone is unchanged.

Stickframe 2.0 — a big pro upgrade that turns a takeoff into a complete estimate → job package, still 100% offline. • Field Calculators: framing (studs, plates, board-feet, cost), sheet goods, deck, trim, concrete (yards and bags), roofing (squares, bundles, ridge, drip edge), and labor-hours. • Good / Better / Best estimate tiers through the shared price waterfall. • Job Tracking: allowance and contingency reconciliation (budget vs. actual, billable overage or credit, contingency burn-down) and a structured, shareable Daily Log. • Takeoff deepening: estimate labor hours, a cost-breakdown donut with a labor-ratio advisory, and one-tap "Insert framing" / "Pour slab" computed lines. Every formula is industry-grounded and oracle-tested. No account, no cloud — your jobs and estimates stay on your device.

Stickframe 1.1 — Bid Total, Punch List, Live Quick Actions Bid Total Calculator (Pro tab) Enter your direct cost estimate and get a waterfall breakdown all the way to the final client bid price: overhead % → contingency % → markup % → bid total. Each step is adjustable with sliders. A gross-margin callout reminds you why markup and margin are different numbers. Share the full breakdown as text for email or text message. Punch List (per-project) A new "Punch" section inside every project tracks open deficiencies and walk-through corrections before closeout. Add items with room, notes, assignee, and priority. Tap the status circle to cycle open → in progress → resolved. A progress bar shows how close you are to 100% resolved. Items persist across sessions with the project. Today tab quick actions are now live The three quick-action tiles in the Today tab (Add photo, Punch item, Change order) previously had no action wired. They now navigate to the Projects tab when tapped. If no project is open, a contextual hint is shown below the tiles. Bug fix: version shown in Account tab Account tab now correctly shows version 1.1 (4).
