For Australian customers, purchasing, switching and activating a Spacetalk Mobile Plan is now faster and clearer. Eligible customers can also get 25% less* on their first three mobile plan recharges when purchasing or upgrading in the app. (*T&Cs apply.) When your child is ready to move from their Spacetalk watch to a mobile phone, you can now keep their watch phone number, move their SIM and choose a great value mobile plan through a NEW streamlined in-app journey. Their new phone can then be added to your family Space in the app, so you can keep using Spacetalk’s location and safety features as they grow — alongside other family members. We’ve also improved: • SOS alerts, including automatically added SOS contacts at set up • Enhanced security measures and sign-in reliability • Mobile plan activation and identity verification • Navigation, watch settings and app-wide design polish • Fall Detection history for seniors’ watches and general app reliability Update now for an easier, safer and more reliable Spacetalk experience.
