Solaia now speaks Brazilian Portuguese! The whole app, recipes and daily tips included. You can also share a TikTok recipe video to Solaia and get an instant analysis of the dish. On the sport side, workouts can now be edited or deleted, and you can log sessions on past days. We also gave the food scanner a smoother animation. Thanks for using Solaia.

This update is a small maintenance release focused on polish. We refreshed the illustrations on a couple of recipes that were not displaying properly, and tidied up a few things under the hood so the app stays quick and reliable day to day. Thanks for using Solaia. More good stuff coming soon.

This update brings two of our most requested features to Solaia. You can now scan a product's barcode to log it in seconds, with an analysis adapted to where you are in your cycle. Meals are also fully editable: adjust each ingredient and its portion, or pick from our food database to get the numbers just right. We also refined how your nutrition targets are calculated so they fit your body and your health needs more closely, and fixed a weight sync issue along the way. Thanks for using Solaia. This update makes it easier to follow your progress day to day. You can now tap any metric to open its detail, see a 7-day chart, and fix an entry by hand if something looks off. Your daily steps from Apple Health also show up in your weekly tracking now. We polished the recipes so ingredients match the steps, fixed the check-in screens that overflowed on smaller phones, and squashed a bunch of small bugs. Thanks for using Solaia.
