We’ve added new tools and polished the sky-viewing experience in this update: • Added Split Screen support — keep Sky Tonight open alongside your notes, browser, or calendar. • Added retrograde motion events, so you can follow when planets appear to move backward in the sky. • Improved Visible Tonight: satellite passes now focus on the best visible opportunities. • Updated Pluto’s orbit and improved planetary brightness calculations for a more accurate sky. • Improved tablet layouts, event maps, screenshots, news, and sharing. • Fixed Moon shadows on planets, satellite pass calculations, calendar icons, photo editor animation, and other sky display issues.
