Reckon Payroll now includes Member Verification Requests (MVR), so you can confirm an employee's super fund details are valid before you lodge SuperStream — helping you avoid rejected or delayed super contributions. What's new: - A verification status against each employee's super fund - Request verification directly from the employee's Superannuation tab - Clear errors and warnings when details don't match, so you know what to fix - A warning icon on the employee list when a fund needs attention - A reminder to re-verify when you change an employee's name, date of birth or Tax File Number Also in this release: - Fixed the employee list not showing a newly created employee - Employees now sort by display name - Member verification requires SuperStream (Beam) to be enabled. You can now create, pay and track your employees' superannuation contributions directly from the Reckon Payroll app through Beam, keeping you aligned with the ATO's PayDay Super ahead of the 1 July changes. What you can do : - Create and lodge SuperStream straight from a pay run - Choose how you pay — direct debit, EFT, BPAY or pass-through (direct to the superfund) - Track lodgement status at a glance with a dedicated SuperStream tab - View super payment breakdowns by employee and fund - See and resolve lodgement errors without leaving the app - Cancel a lodgement, or revert a paid pay run to draft when something needs to change We've also made a range of stability and accuracy improvements across the SuperStream experience for smoother, more reliable lodgements.
