SETTINGS, REBUILT The Settings screen is rebuilt from the ground up - cleaner, faster to scan, and laid out the way you'd expect. Two new controls are worth opening it for: · Animation speed - play the radar timeline up to 4x faster or slower. The default keeps your current speed · Units now follow your device automatically and update the moment you change them, so you're no longer stuck on the units you launched with A CLEARER MAP · One precipitation intensity scale everywhere - the map, the legend, tap-to-read values, and your notifications finally match. Rain and hail now share one scale, since a strong radar reading isn't always rain · Now you can switch color schemes right from the legend, for the precipitation layers: weather radar, satellite precipitation, and the 72-hour forecast. DRIZZLE ALERTS Drizzle is too light to trigger a rain alert, yet wet enough to ruin a walk. Rain notifications now have a "Drizzle" intensity - a new level above "Light". · Select "Drizzle" for any saved place to be notified about the lightest rain · New places use "Drizzle" by default; existing settings are unchanged ALERT RELIABILITY One failed network request during setup could mean rain alerts never arrive. The app now retries until the server confirms registration. FIXES · Lock screen Live Activity no longer stops updating after 15 minutes · Widget shows precipitation at the same size as the main map · Shared GIF and video files no longer include the search bar · Searched location pin is no longer hidden behind a favorite pin · Settings and Favorites fit the screen with long languages and large text Have a question or suggestion?
