This release expands the condition library, deepens the sourcing behind every entry, and rewrites the legal and contact sections. - 21 new conditions across all eight body systems — obstructive sleep apnea, pulmonary hypertension, ALS, narcolepsy, atrial flutter, POTS, cirrhosis, esophageal and gastric cancer, cataract, macular degeneration, open-angle glaucoma, tinnitus, chronic and acute kidney injury, PCOS, osteoporosis, lumbar spinal stenosis, lupus, actinic keratosis, and venous leg ulcer. The library now covers 335 conditions and 388 findings. - Every condition now cites at least two published sources. Twenty-one entries previously carried a single reference; each has been paired with its international counterpart guideline — ACC/AHA with ESC across the cardiac entries, CDC STI guidance with WHO, AUA with EAU. - Clinical content refreshed to current guidance: 2024 McDonald criteria for multiple sclerosis, 2025 AHA/ACC hypertension, GINA and GOLD 2026, ADA 2026. Two conditions gained explicit escalation guidance where they previously had none. - Each new condition is wired into the scoring engine with its own findings, so it can surface in an evaluation rather than sitting inert in the catalog. - About & safety rewritten: terms of use, eligibility, assumption of risk, no professional relationship, no warranties, limitation of liability, waiver and release, indemnification, and an expanded non-affiliation and trademark statement naming the guideline publishers the app cites. - Added a Contact section with support and legal-notice addresses, and a route to report a suspected error in any clinical entry.
