A whisper of its power can overturn the seas and stir raging waves, nourishing all life. · Cast Hex: Every 3s, the caster gains 1 stack of Maelstrom (increases this Hex's DMG by 8% and the number of targets by 1) for 9s, then deals DMG to enemies. This occurs 3 times in total. Cast Enhancement · Added a Cast Enhancement feature. Use Cast Meteorites to further boost damage output and gain additional MP Regen. Literatia Eternal Abilities New Abilities · New Eternal Abilities for Literatia: Strings of Silence, Speech - Cosmic Conscience, and Speech - Worldly Will. · Strings of Silence: The caster attacks a single target and inflicts extra Crescendo DMG that ignores Shields. Triggering Summit increases Crescendo DMG. · Speech - Cosmic Conscience: The caster gains a Shield and the effect of Benevolence (triggering the Boundfree effect does not consume MP). · Speech - Worldly Will: The caster deals DMG to the target, and gains the effects of Sacred Edict and Purify. Ability Mechanic Optimizations · Each [Swordbone] stack from Blade Burial now restores 3% Max HP and Max MP (instead of only restoring 3% Max HP). · Fixed an issue where certain Abilities' healing was not affected by HP Regen Down.
