The home screen widget now uses approximate coordinates (~100 m) instead of your exact position. • Better battery life — Location history is now saved in efficient batches instead of on every GPS fix, and the widget refreshes more intelligently, reducing background disk and power usage during long tracking sessions. • More reliable GPS readings — NavDiags now automatically rejects invalid fixes (out-of-range coordinates, stale or future timestamps) so your diagnostics reflect real data. • Beacon improvements — Beacon configurations are validated before broadcasting begins, preventing invalid setups. • Updated privacy policy — Now clearly explains the two Apple services the app talks to (weather and address lookup) and confirms that nothing else ever leaves your device. • Plus a significant under-the-hood cleanup for a smaller, faster app.
