Bug fix: The tank pressure curve in the dive chart was cut off

NEW. Minimum IOS Version 16.0 Dives imported from a dive computer or Apple device while in Bottom Timer mode are now marked with a BT icon in the dive overview. Bug Fixes: Gas switches (Puck 4) are now displayed in both the graph and the overview. Courses within training dives are once again being saved. Incorrect alarms triggered by exceeding the ascent rate have been disabled.
