The whole app now supports Light and Dark themes, following your system setting by default. Added Apple and Google sign-in, plus improved onboarding and clearer authentication messages. Major visual refresh across feeds, forums, profiles, messages, media pickers, navigation, and membership screens. Improved video experiences for training, social feed, livestream recordings, and online coaching submissions.
