SUN GRAPH See how sunrise, sunset, and daylight length change throughout the year in Monthly Averages. MORE WIDGET CONFIGURATIONS New 5-hour and 5-day layouts give you more ways to view the forecast, with an every-other-hour option for supported widgets. TRAVEL TEMPERATURES When traveling, hourly details already show temperatures in both your preferred unit and the local unit. Now daily forecasts and Apple Watch do too. ACCESSIBILITY Charts are easier to use with VoiceOver and larger text. OTHER IMPROVEMENTS Fire maps, storm tracking, and alerts load faster, widget refreshes are more reliable, and map navigation is smoother. Kai & Malin

This update adds new fire, air quality, UV, and temperature map layers, hourly pressure and visibility details, and favorite location switching on Apple Watch. FIRE MAPS & ENVIRONMENTAL LAYERS Mercury’s weather maps now include fire activity, air quality, UV, and temperature layers. Fire Maps show active fires, fire size, affected area, and containment level, making it easier to understand nearby environmental conditions at a glance. HOURLY FORECAST DETAILS Hourly details now include pressure and visibility for each hour, making it easier to compare changing conditions throughout the day.
