Luminos Pro 14 is the biggest telescope release yet—and it brings an even more beautiful sky to explore! Advanced Telescope Control Connect and control more equipment with new support for Alpaca / ASCOM, Celestron NexStar AUX, ACL/MNCP, and Rainbow Astro mounts. Automatic discovery has been expanded so even more telescopes will be recognized with zero configuration needed. * ZWO Seestar Integration: Connect to a Seestar to see its live image directly inside the Sky View. * Convenient Centering: New controls make it easy to nudge objects perfectly into the middle of your eyepiece without leaving the Sky View. * Satellite Tracking: Many compatible telescopes can now dynamically follow and track satellites as they cross the sky. A More Immersive Sky The sky itself looks better than ever. The Moon and Mercury now feature true 3D terrain you can fly over, and the Milky Way background has been completely remastered at a higher resolution with less noise. Deeper Data & Expanded Catalogs I’ve refreshed the Washington Double Star, GCVS, ATNF Pulsar, Wolf-Rayet, and exoplanet databases, updated surface feature names across the solar system, and added richer detail — and proper source credits — to deep-space object pages. As a bonus, Wolf-Rayet stars now list their associated nebulae, and you can now search for Stephenson 2-18, one of the largest stars known. Rounding things out * Equipment Calculator Upgrades: Camera profiles now accept resolution information to display focal length and arc-seconds per pixel. * Smarter Lists: You can now sort your custom lists by Right Ascension (RA). * Seamless Catalog Updates: Downloadable catalogs now automatically reinstall whenever they are updated. * Global Improvements: I've freshly re-translated the user manual and articles, fixed regional number formatting, resolved night-vision display issues, and made in-app purchases and subscriptions more reliable than ever. Thank you for using Luminos Pro. Clear skies! John Stephen Author of Luminos Pro
