Version 3.0 is a major health data export upgrade: · Expanded the HealthKit catalog across activity, heart, respiratory, mobility, nutrition, reproductive health, symptoms, hearing, vital signs, and mental wellbeing · Added dedicated exports for Activity rings, personal characteristics, ECG waveforms, heartbeat series, audiograms, state of mind and mental health assessments, vision prescriptions, and medications · Raw CSV files now preserve UUIDs, type identifiers, source apps, device details, HealthKit metadata, and related objects · Improved grouped scanning and paginated counting for long-term and large-volume exports · Connected Shortcuts and folder backups to the unified health data catalog · Added Export Defaults to control which groups are selected when opening the export screen · Added Follow System to the language menu, with full support for 10 app languages
