ROUTE RUN — A BIGGER WORLD • Three new U.S. routes: New York–Phoenix, Washington–Boston, and San Diego–Los Angeles. The navigation database grew to 770 fixes across 44 airways. • The navigation display now draws real coastlines and borders, so you can see where you are — not just where the next fix is. • The arrival runway lights up with a sequenced approach light bar: the "running rabbit" you chase down a real approach. • Your aircraft leaves a motion trail, the leg you are typing stands out from the rest, and the route list is grouped by departure country. TRUE PANEL SCALE • On larger iPad screens the classic green-screen panel now locks to its real-world size instead of stretching to fill.
