Fitbit to Apple Health now syncs through your Google account. Fitbit is retiring the service this app used to read your data. In this version you sign in with the Google account your Fitbit is connected to, and syncing continues from there. • Existing users: open the app and tap Login with Google once. Your fields, settings, and sync history carry over; nothing needs to be set up again. • Steps, distance, floors, water, active and dietary energy, weight, body fat, resting heart rate, workouts, sleep, and sleep stages all sync as before. Sleep now includes stages on iOS 16 and later. • Auto-Sync and Sync Entire History work the same way on the new connection. If the app ever shows "Reconnect Google", tap it once and you are back in business.
