Dose Pop: Pill Reminder

Sound on Silent is here. If you want it, your dose reminders and missed dose alerts can now play a sound even when your iPhone is on silent or in a Focus. Apple approved Dose Pop for Critical Alerts, which are reserved for health apps like this one. You choose whether to turn it on, and you choose the volume. Only dose reminders and missed dose alerts use it. Everything else stays quiet as usual.

Two new ways Dose Pop looks out for you. Refill reminders: tell Dose Pop how many doses you have and it counts down as you take them, then reminds you to refill before you run out. Same medicine check: if a medicine you add contains the same ingredient as one you already take, Dose Pop asks first so you never double up by accident. Plus small improvements that keep your reminders reliable.

This update makes Dose Pop easier to read and more dependable. What's improved: • Higher contrast on doses, status labels, and buttons, so they are easier to read • Larger tap targets on the smaller controls • Smarter reminder setup, so a medication gets the right number of reminders for how often you take it • A clear note inside the app that Dose Pop helps you remember your medications and is not medical advice

Each medication can now have its own reminder sound. Pick from 8 new tones in Add or Edit Medication, so you can tell your medications apart by ear. Also in this update: • The Play Sound switch in Settings now works as expected • Removed a confusing notification style option
