Dive Log

Photos • Photos can now be added to a dive. • Photos taken with the camera in Dive Log are now added to your Photo Library. • Photos added from the Photo Library keep a link to the Library version for higher resolution viewing. • Photo references are maintained across your devices when you use iCloud Photos or a Shared Album. • These photo improvements apply everywhere Dive Log supports photos. Photo Links • A photo can now be a link to content stored elsewhere, including YouTube videos, PDF files and images on the web. • A thumbnail is created automatically: the video image for YouTube, the first page for a PDF, and the image itself for an image link. • Tap the link button in the photo viewer to open the link. • A thumbnail that could not be created, for example when there is no network connection, can be downloaded later. Editing • Location editing in Dives and Trips now has a Replace button for a one step change. • Numeric values can now be entered with the keyboard in addition to using the pickers. Download • Expanded the list of dive computers supported by the Shearwater Download in-app purchase to include: Perdix 3. • The Ratio Bluetooth Download in-app purchase has been updated to support Ratio firmware 5.2.11. • The Halcyon Bluetooth Download in-app purchase has been updated for more accurate dive times and gas information. Import and Export • Added UDDF Export support. • Updated UDDF Import support. • Added support for importing Shearwater .swlogzp files. • Added support for importing Suunto .sde files. Other Improvements • Select now has an All/None option, and dives listed in Statistics can be selected for printing or deleting. • Improved AirSync reliability, with a new Restart button to recover a stalled synchronization. • A logbook that cannot be opened is now kept for recovery instead of being replaced, and can be reached from Settings. • Improved overall stability and fixed several issues.

Redesigned for iOS 26 • Updated throughout to support Liquid Glass on iOS 26. • Improved multitasking and search on iPad. Dive Profile • A new cursor overlay shows ascent and descent rate, plus gas consumption rate when available. • A new Smoothing slider lets you fine-tune these rate calculations. • Pinch on the profile graph to select a region and see its average depth, duration, and gas consumption rate. Statistics • Added new charts for Dive Site, City, Country, Dive Type, and Dive Suit. • Added Dive Suit statistics. Note: Charts are only available on iOS 17 or later. Other Improvements • The Locations map now shows the number of dives at each site, with quick access to the dive site. • Improved Garmin FIT import for sidemount and unused transmitters. • Improved overall stability and fixed several issues.
