A subtle animation now plays on the chat button when messages are sent and received, giving conversations a satisfying pulse. Your chat inbox filters have been refreshed to behave more intuitively, and a handy new tag on chat rows lets you spot active and past Hangouts at a glance. Profiles, community posts, and couch stay details now refresh automatically when you return from the background, so you're always seeing the latest and greatest.
