Build and inspect 3D takeoff models in the same workspace as your plans. • Switch between 2D Takeoff and 3D Model with shared project measurements. • Review extracted plan linework and create slabs, straight walls, pipe runs and supported foundation drafts. • Click model elements to inspect dimensions and quantities, then edit their dimensions or elevation. • Save named design versions and restore earlier designs. • Search and filter model elements, then review and apply changes to multiple elements with one Undo. • Export a project folder containing its plans, specifications and saved designs. • Connect compatible AI tools using the optional local MCP companion, with proposed edits reviewed inside the app. • Improved plan rendering, cross-sheet Visual Search, callout editing and annotation Undo. 3D modeling is an assisted workflow. Review source scales, extracted geometry and dimensions before using quantities.
