In the latest version of SmartBP, we added Bluetooth support for iHealth blood pressure monitors, improved connectivity with supported monitors - especially the A&D UA-810 and UA-910, enhanced Japanese localization throughout the app, fixed localization issues in Tag Manager, added a setting to disable rating and review prompts, and improved the activation of lifestyle goals.

This month, we celebrate 14 years of SmartBP, and we are truly grateful to all our users and supporters for trusting us as part of their health journey. In this update, we’ve introduced new systolic and diastolic heat maps for deeper blood pressure analysis, improved the top navigation experience on the History screen, and added Bluetooth connectivity support for A&D UA-810 and UA-910 blood pressure monitors. We’ve also enhanced the pregnancy blood pressure tracking experience, improved iPad UI layouts, and added support for tracking heart rate from Apple Health syncs on iPad. Additionally, this release fixes an issue where expanded horizontal charts were not rendering correctly, adds PDF report preferences on iPad, resolves an issue with updating active medication schedules, fixes persistent rating prompts appearing even after a rating or review was submitted, and includes several performance and UI improvements.

In our latest release, we’ve addressed a potential issue where blood pressure readings may not sync with Apple Health on iOS 26.5. If syncing does not resume automatically, you may need to manually toggle the Systolic and Diastolic Blood Pressure permissions for SmartBP in Apple Health settings. We’ve also made improvements to the Lifestyle section of the app.
