TRACK YOUR SNORING & SOUNDS! Meet AutoSnore — the fun, affordable, subscription-free way to record your snoring and sleep sounds from your iPhone. Fully integrated with AutoSleep, it shows how your snoring and sleep sounds relate to your sleep quality. It’s our first new companion app in over eight years, and we’ve kept it simple: one low launch price, no ongoing costs. NEW THEMES To celebrate the release of iOS 26, we’ve created two stunning new themes we think you’ll love! Sunrise Theme – a calm, two-colour blend inspired by night turning to day. Neon Theme – a bold, vibrant theme that pops right off the screen. LIQUID GLASS AutoSleep has been updated to iOS 26, incorporating the liquid glass look and feel into the design. PRIOR DAY STRESS A new health metric to reflect how stressful the day prior to your sleep was. This helps give additional context to your sleep quality. TRACKING SLEEPING HRV You can now view all your sleeping heart rate variability (HRV) measures on the sleep session graph, a very popular request.
