This update adds segmented capture for long receipts. When a receipt is too long to fit in one photo, you can now take it in several segments and the app joins them into a single receipt. New Features - Segmented Capture for Long Receipts When a receipt will not fit in one shot, take the first photo and choose "This is a long receipt, continue to next segment" to keep going, up to 4 segments. From the second segment onward, the bottom of the previous segment is shown faintly on screen so you can line up where it continues. Captured segments can be previewed, retaken, deleted, or dragged into a different order. Importing from your photo library works too: choose "Merge into One Long Receipt" and the segments are joined in the order you selected them. All segments are recognized together in a single pass, so only one point is used. The result is one receipt that you can scroll through in full on the receipt detail page, and double-tap to view it enlarged. If you switch to another app or lose connection while it is being recognized, it picks up where it left off when you return, without using extra points. This feature uses cloud recognition. This update turns the proxy purchase list into a full shopping list that covers both what you are buying for others and what you want for yourself. Cloud recognition also adds China, the United States, Germany, Norway, and Denmark. We fixed date handling in Mobile Suica screenshot imports as well. New Features - The Proxy Purchase List Is Now a Shopping List "Who is it for" is now optional. Leave it blank for something you want yourself, or enter a name to make it a proxy purchase, so both live in one list. Each item can be checked off in a single tap, and cards now show the store name and notes. The pre-trip page carries just a fixed-height summary card that opens the full list on tap, so a long list no longer stretches the page. In the full list you can filter by status and swipe left to delete or mark items. Items for yourself no longer show the "split the bill" option, which makes it harder to tap by mistake. - Cloud Recognition Adds China, the United States, Germany, Norway, and Denmark Cloud recognition now covers 30 countries instead of 25, which means every country you can pick in the app supports it. The receipt collection campaign continues, now aimed at gathering sample receipts from each country to keep improving recognition quality. Important Fixes - Mobile Suica Screenshots Showing "Yesterday" or "Wednesday" Would Not Import Fixed an issue where Apple Wallet transaction history using relative dates such as "Yesterday" or "Wednesday" caused the entire result to be discarded: the screen showed zero transactions even though points had already been deducted. These dates are now converted to real dates and imported normally, and the import list shows the original wording next to the date so you can double-check it. We also fixed some Traditional Chinese and English Wallet transaction categories not being recognized, and a single bad date invalidating an entire screenshot. When a row's date genuinely cannot be read, that row is now flagged with a warning icon and "Date unclear" so you can check it yourself, since a wrong date also files the receipt under the wrong trip and country. This update lets a single trip span multiple countries, which suits US/Canada or multi-country Europe itineraries. Menu preferences also gain shrimp, crab, wheat, and buckwheat allergy matching. New Features - One Trip, Multiple Countries When creating or editing a trip you can now pick several destination countries at once (up to 6) and give each one its own start and end dates. Once dates are set, receipts are automatically assigned to the right country by purchase date, and date-format interpretation and daily spending totals follow the same segments. Travel tools, eSIM, airport transfer, the pre-trip checklist, and traveler preference matching now open up whenever any country on the itinerary supports them, instead of looking only at the first country. For a segment with no dates, you can still pick the country manually on the confirmation screen. On multi-country trips that include Japan, the tax-refund reminder now lands on the day you leave Japan rather than the last day of the trip. Single-country trips work exactly as before. - Shrimp, Crab, Wheat, and Buckwheat Allergies in Menu Preferences Traveler preferences now include "Shrimp allergy", "Crab allergy", "Wheat allergy", and "Buckwheat allergy", completing the specified allergen list used by Japanese food labeling. With these on, menu recognition flags dishes containing those ingredients and suggests avoiding them, and provides a matching question card in three languages you can show to staff. Menus scanned before this version were not checked against these four items, so they are clearly marked as "not checked" and are never shown as safe by mistake. Important Fixes - "Join Receipt Bounty" Button Did Nothing Fixed an issue where tapping "Join receipt bounty" on the "Cloud recognition not supported for this trip" notice did nothing. This update adds automatic trip assignment by receipt date, so receipts land in the right trip without switching manually. It also fixes two issues with tax-free reminders and receipt deletion. New Features - Automatic Trip Assignment by Date Switch the receipt assignment mode to "By date" in Settings, and new receipts are automatically filed into the trip whose dates match the purchase date: a single matching trip is assigned right away, multiple matches let you choose, and receipts that match no trip are saved as "Unassigned" so you can file them later from the records page. You can always pick a trip manually or redo the date-based match on the confirmation screen. Keep the default "Current trip" mode and everything works exactly as before. Important Fixes - More Accurate Tax-Refund Reminders Fixed an issue where any trip containing tax-free receipts received a "remember to complete your tax refund before departure" reminder. The new refund system starts in November 2026; tax-free purchases made before then are exempt at the register and require no airport procedure. This reminder is now sent only for trips with receipts covered by the new system. - More Reliable Deletion of Local-Only Receipts Fixed an issue where a local-only receipt deleted by swiping in the records list could reappear the next time the app was opened. Reward rules are easier to create and review, and you can now track expenses in Philippine pesos and use cloud recognition for Philippine receipts.
