Tap any target weight and Gravl tells you why it picked it, based on your estimated 1RM and how the lift has gone recently. Progression is smarter: miss a set and you keep the reps you proved, weight jumps stay close to what you've actually lifted, and machines with big weight steps finally work properly. Records and 1RMs are now per gym, so a stronger machine somewhere else doesn't hide your progress here. New plate inventory. Tell Gravl what plates your gym has and the calculator sticks to them, and warns you when a weight won't load. Support is in the app now. Ask the assistant, attach a photo, or talk to a real person. Garmin: four more watches supported, and a watch app install that actually works. Plus redesigned form analysis, workout celebrations, measurement trends, faster syncing and a long list of fixes.
