[Optimization] Faction siege notifications have been moved to the side panel and no longer appear as interruptive pop-ups. [Fix] Fixed an issue where event flags could prevent Arcane skills from being learned. Flags are now set after the event finishes. [Fix] Fixed a issue with the Berserker's Path of Awakening skill tab. [Fix] Fixed an issue where the Berserker's Awakening questline would not trigger correctly.
