AMPZ 1.4.1 • Tuner — stronger detection: locks onto quiet signals and low strings • Tuner — rock-steady needle: smoothing, and octave/flicker rejection for fast, stable tuning. • Cleaner pitch shifting: reduced high-end artifacts on the Poly Shifter.

AMPZ 1.4.0 — Multi-Amp Update • Multiple NAM models at once: any pedalboard slot can now load its own NAM capture — stack a pedal capture into an amp capture, or run two amps. • Live DSP meter: see your rig's real processing load at a glance, with a smarter overload warning and automatic recovery from CPU throttling after heavy model swaps. • Smoother model switching: hot-swapping captures is now glitch-free and can't leave a slot silent — even if a model file fails to load. • AUv3 plugin upgrades: your host now shows real effect and parameter names for every slot (with per-slot bypass automation), follows host tempo for synced delays, honors your spillover setting, and gets the 7-band EQ fader layout plus a DSP load badge. • Swipe a pedal to bypass it — quick mute/unmute right from the chain. • Faster launch and much lower memory use — looper buffers now allocate only when you first use the looper. • Fixed: saving a preset could silence the amp until the model was reloaded. • Fixed: a bypassed reverb could keep processing with spillover enabled. • Easier saving: the Save button has a larger touch target and clear separation from the preset arrows — no more accidental preset changes.

A fresh new look, plus important AUv3 fixes. NEW DESIGN - Ampz has been redesigned with a skeuomorphic interface — realistic brushed-metal faceplates, knobs, pedals, and graphic EQ sliders, with each effect styled to its own family color for an authentic hardware feel. AUDIO UNIT (AUv3) FIXES — for hosts like Loopy Pro and Audiobus - Presets now correctly save and recall all amp and effect settings, including the distortion circuit and parameter knobs. - Fixed audio coming from only the left channel (with noise on the right) when the amp was the last item in the chain — it now plays centered on both sides. - You can now re-add the NAM Amp to the chain from the "+" menu if it was removed.
